University Punishes Student For Criticizing Black Lives Matter

In 2015, during protests in Baltimore over alleged police misconduct, Texas Christian University student Harry Vincent took to Twitter to criticize Black Lives Matter and the protests. Vincent, a resident of Baltimore, faced heat for some of his comments, after Twitter users reported him to the university. TCU placed him on probation and banned him from campus, although they later lifted the suspension but required diversity training and community service.
