Leftists Celebrate Free Speech By Trying To Shut Down Bill Maher

In 2014, Cal-Berkeley invited comedian and political commentator Bill Maher to its December commencement, partially because it was the 50th anniversary of the famous Free Speech Movement at the school. However, after making comments critical of Islam, some students tried to get Maher shut down on campus, which ultimately failed as Maher still spoke at the school.
