‘Please Keep Controversial Speakers Away’, Asks Group Of Professors
A group of professors at Wellesley College recently asked the school community to not invite controversial speakers to campus. According to Reason, “There is no doubt that the speakers in question impose on the liberty of students, staff, and faculty at Wellesley. ” One such speaker is Northwestern professor Laura Kipnis, a feminist and critic of the current Title IX regulations concerning sexual assault proceedings.
