Kent State Students Want Tribute To Israel Leader Removed

In 2016, members of several student groups at Kent State including Students for Justice in Palestine and the Muslim Student Association tried, but failed,  to get a tribute to former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir removed from campus. According to the leader of SJP, the tribute to Meir ““contributes to a climate that makes us feel like we do not belong here”.
