Student Expelled For Ranting On Facebook

In 2014, Central Lakes College expelled a student for writing on her own Facebook page criticisms of students in her class. The student had not criticized the students in the classroom, but only on her private Facebook page. The student sued but lost a court case which upheld her expulsion.
