Professor Will Call Police Whenever She Sees ROTC

In 2016, Heidi Czerwiec, a professor at University of North Dakota vowed to call the police any time she saw ROTC students on campus. She first called the police when she saw ROTC student carrying their dummy weapons as part of training. After being informed that the students were doing drill and there was nothing to worry about the professor countered she would still call 9-1-1.
