Conservative Statues Defaced

In 2015, students at Chapman University put signs on busts of Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, and Ayn Rand and other conservatives and libertarians. Students placed “reviews” of each person on the statues, including accusations of homophobia, racism, and classism, according to Campus Reform.  The school said that putting signs with accusations on top of the statues was an expression of free speech as well.
