School Tries To Strip 4th Amendment Rights From Fraternities

In 2016, Indiana University-Bloomington forced their fraternities and sororities to sign away their 4th Amendment rights and allow police to search Greek houses without warrants. According to NY Daily News, “The Bloomington, Ind., school is instituting a new policy this year that will allow IU police to raid public areas and even private rooms of fraternity and sorority houses in order to weed out illegal drinking and drug use.”
