School Tries To Fire Pro-Trump Employee

In 2017, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse briefly fired a campus police dispatcher for expressing support for Trump’s immigration executive order. Kimberly Dearman had said she supported Trump’s stance on immigration after a campus-wide e-mail was sent out that was seen as critical of Trump’s plan. The school claimed she was not fired for her political views and rehired her after backlash.
