Christian Philosphers Flip Out Over Pro-Family Comments
In 2016, Richard Swinburne spoke at a Christian philosophy conference about sexual ethics from a Christian perspective, including Orthodox Christian teaching on homosexuality. This presentation lead two professors, “Yale Philosophy Professor Jason Stanley and Georgetown University’s Rebecca Kukla” to take “to Facebook last month to blast a Christian philosopher’s presentation on homosexuality in the Catholic faith” according to Campus Reform. Stanley accused Swinburne of promoting homophobia and Kukla, a director of an ethics center at the Catholic Georgetown University, to say “Those douche tankards can suck my giant queer cock.”
