University Tries To Block Donor From Printing Bible Verse On Plaque

In 2015, Colorado School of the Mines tried to block a donor from ascribing two Bible verses on a plaque offered to donors who gave above a certain amount to a fundraising campaign. The school claimed that it would violate the First Amendment to allow the donor to have a Bible verse on his plaque.
