Protesters Steal Pro-Life Signs

In 2015, the Daily Emerald reported on an altercation at University of Oregon over a pro-life display which include pictures of aborted fetuses. Several community members were upset at the signs as well as the group being on campus. According to the paper, History major Allison Rutledge was the first to damage the anti-abortion activist’s poster. She stood on it and claimed that the activist didn’t have the right to display the graphic imagery” and another woman said “This is not part of your First Amendment rights. This is unbelievable.”
